Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate business information, legal compliance, customer consent, review-platform policy compliance, and approval of any messages before they are sent.

Messaging Compliance

SMS, email, and review requests must follow applicable laws, platform policies, consent requirements, and A2P 10DLC rules where applicable.
